January 6, 2016 – COBE Real Estate brokers, Brad Broyles and Steve Beck recently secured the sale of 1355 S Higley Rd, Ste 101 in Gilbert, AZ. The property was purchased by McQueen Farm, LLC as an investment sale for $458,000 ($220/SF). Industrial Hand and Physical Therapy, Inc is leasing the property on a long term lease. Brad Broyles and Steve Beck represented the owners, SKJR Investors, LLC in the sale.
