February 13th, 2017 – COBE Real Estate Broker, Dave Collins recently completed the sale of 2500 South Power Rd, Unit 118 & 119. The 3,600 SF office condominium at the Fairways at Superstition Springs sold for $630,000. COBE Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction.
